Refund Policy
Last updated: September 19, 2026
These terms explain when Neopress subscription, AI refill, and pageview charges can be refunded.
Subscription refunds
- Your first recurring subscription payment is eligible for a full refund only when requested within 7 days and the subscription is unused.
- The standard 7-day initial subscription refund does not apply to Fixed-Term B2B Prepaid Plans.
- Fixed-Term B2B Prepaid Plans are sold as discounted, six-month prepaid plans. The full six-month fee is charged at purchase, the plan does not automatically renew, and no additional charge is made at expiration unless the customer affirmatively purchases another plan.
- Fees paid for a Fixed-Term B2B Prepaid Plan are non-refundable if the customer voluntarily terminates the plan, stops using the Service, or otherwise chooses not to use the Service before the end of the six-month term.
- A refund may nevertheless be provided where required by applicable law or required or approved by Polar as Merchant of Record, including where otherwise applicable under the Exceptions section below.
- A mistaken renewal of a recurring subscription is eligible for a full refund only when requested within 72 hours and the renewed period is unused.
- Launch-to-Growth upgrade charges are non-refundable after the upgrade takes effect.
- Downgrades and cancellations of recurring subscriptions take effect in the next billing period. The current period is not refunded or credited.
What counts as unused
A subscription or renewal is unused only when both conditions below are met after the relevant payment:
- No AI usage is recorded.
- No site is published or republished.
AI refill refunds
- 50% and 100% AI refills are normally non-refundable, including when unused.
- Refill usage above the 100% balance limit is not added. This amount and any usage that expires at the end of the billing period are non-refundable and do not carry over.
- If a refill refund is approved as an exception, its remaining benefit may be withdrawn.
Pageview overage charges
Pageview overage charges are non-refundable unless the charge resulted from a verified metering error or duplicate charge.
Exceptions
- Duplicate or incorrect charges
- A paid benefit was not delivered
- Fraudulent or unauthorized payment
- Applicable law or a decision by Polar as merchant of record
- Verified pageview metering error
Partial or prorated refunds are not normally offered, except where required by law, Polar, or a verified metering correction.
After a refund is approved
The related paid benefit is canceled or reverted, while site data and usage records are retained. Eligible full refunds are returned to the original payment method.
