Terms, Privacy Policy, and DPA

The revised Terms and Privacy Policy clarify data processing, retention, deletion, and each party's responsibilities. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and subprocessor consent process will also be introduced.

Required consent will be requested separately before the relevant changes apply. Reading or dismissing this notice does not mean you have agreed.

Permanent deletion and automatic deletion after 3 years

Authorized customers will be able to permanently delete selected form submissions. All form submissions, including those collected before the effective date, will be deleted within 24 hours after 3 years from their original submission time. Viewing or editing does not extend this period, and custom retention periods will not be available.

Submissions already older than 3 years when this policy lawfully starts applying to your account will be deleted within 24 hours of that time.

Deleted submissions cannot be restored through the service. Deletion from the operational database does not mean that backup and email provider copies are immediately erased. Emails already received and downloaded files must be managed separately by the customer.

If a shorter retention period applies or the purpose has been fulfilled, delete the data earlier or request deletion. Transfer records that must legally be kept longer to an appropriate separate storage system before deletion.
